One among the furniture that one may find significantly helpful is the bedroom bench. Bedroom benches are typically noticed and used outside but it can be helpful in the area in which you calm down and pamper yourself to regain the energy for the next day.
Now bring the bar down so that it's almost touching your chest. Hold for 1 count and push the bar back to the start position.
