Needless to say, you must follow correct form and technique to get good results. Do a 5 to 7 minute warm-up routine, before you pick up weights. You could also perform a warm-up session with light weights before you increase the weight.
However, it is important to choose a bench that will last as well meaning that sometimes it is a better option to pay a little more to ensure that the bench you choose will last longer.
Depending on the company you buy from, the type of bench you get and the features and items you get with the bench. It can cost you a lot of money or it can cost you very little, you have to look around for the right bench for you and make sure it will handle your weight and the weight of the weights you will be lifting.
