Lie down on a flat bench attached to a barbell rack, with your back resting on the bench and the feet touching the floor.
Take it off the rack, inhale and slowly lower it towards your chest. Stay in this position for 2 seconds. Exhale while going back to the initial position.
Flat weight benches are said the be the most common used equipment in the gym today. In fact, a lot of people are buying them for the own personal gyms at their homes because they enjoy them so much at the gym and because they have found that they are such a cheap price.
Another more significant point of interest is regardless of whether the screw is secured. A revealed screw, which means one where you can see the strings with your eyes, is going to pull in earth and grime.
