It is important to find the right style of bench that is pleasing to the eye, yet tough and long lasting.

You can follow the workout of great bodybuilders and still not get the results, so try out different bench press exercises and decide what works for you. Needless to say, you must follow correct form and technique to get good results. Do a 5 to 7 minute warm-up routine, before you pick up weights. You could also perform a warm-up session with light weights before you increase the weight.
Performing the aforementioned exercises with a barbell might be a better option, as it allows better coordination, synergy, and helps you move more weight. With a barbell, you wouldn't have to struggle to maintain balance and control of both hands. Incorporating these exercises in your workout routine will definitely prove beneficial. If possible, perform the exercise under the supervision of a trainer initially.
